INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
3-4 sprigs fresh basil, chopped
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix the mustard with the vinegar in a bowl. Whisk in the olive oil, then stir in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a little more vinegar or oil to taste if needed.
