Strawberry Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
6-oz bunch of cut spinach
16-oz strawberries, quartered
4-oz crumbled blue cheese or goat feta
1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds or pecans
Red wine vinaigrette
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Toss together red onion and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with red wine vinaigrette; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 6 servings.
