Tarragon Balsamic Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
3/4 Tbsp fresh tarragon, minced
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Sea salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate leftovers for up to one week.
