Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

INGREDIENTS

1 cantaloupe
2 cups orange juice
1 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Peel, seed, and cube the cantaloupe.

In a food processor or blender, process cantaloupe cubes and all remaining ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavours to meld.
