Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
pepper (optional)
fresh parsley (optional)
2 quarts hot popped corn
Directions
Place the hot popped corn in a large serving bowl and pour the mixture over top.
Toss popcorn until thoroughly blended and serve immediately.
